When Agentforce (Einstein AI) is configured as the AI provider, the email parsing engine makes up to 3 request attempts. If all attempts fail, the parsing request is not processed and an error is returned.

• Recommended ceiling: up to 7 objects with up to 14-15 fields each. Enabling more is technically possible but degrades parsing accuracy.
• Typical Processing Time: 2-3 minutes for most emails. Record suggestions appear within 2-3 minutes of email processing completion under normal load.
• Email body length up to 131072 characters. Otherwise, create failed RRS with error like:
  Email body exceeds the max email body size limit nnn chars). Maximum allowed size is 131072 chars.
• Email services reject email messages and notify the sender if the email (combined body text, body HTML, and attachments) exceeds approximately 25 MB (varies depending on language and character set)  - Salesforce Help . No records will be created (even RRS)
• Max 25 records can be suggested for creation after parsing an email
