Troubleshooting Harvest
If users of your org report issues with Harvest, use the following guidelines. If the issues persists, please contact your Ascendix representative.
Before any troubleshooting activities, ensure that Enable email parsing is toggled ON and shows "Active". Click on Test connection to verify your key is valid.
1. API errors
Verify Agenforce license:
- is not expired or revoked
- org and user have respective permissions assigned
- try switching to another supported model (e.g., from GPT 5.2 to Anthropic Sonnet 4.6).
2. Slow responses
Try:
- a faster/lighter model (e.g. GPT 5.2 instead of GPT 5.4).
- lowering the Reasoning level.
3. Inaccurate results of the parsing
- increase model quality (e.g., GPT 5.4 instead of GPT 5.2)
- review System Logs tab for detailed error messages and request/response context.
- when a Record Request Set ends in Failed, open it and check the Fail Reason field — it captures the reason returned by the parser or downstream services and is your first stop before going to System Logs.
4. Apex Job error after clicking Autogenerate xRE Duplicate rules
If you see an error after clicking Autogenerate xRE Duplicate rules when no matching or duplicate rules from AscendixRE are present, click the button again — duplicate rules will be created on the second attempt.
