This guide describes how to configure your Salesforce objects so that users can see the records that were created with Email parsing tool.

1. Identify objects to configure

Identify all objects you want to specify were created with Email parsing tool

2. Add the field to each object layout
For each object follow the steps below:

Open the object

1. Go to Setup → Object Manager.
2. Select the needed object
3. Add new pick list field: 
   - go to Fields & Relationships

- create new field with label ‘Created with’ and API Name: ACXEntitySource

4. Add the field to layouts
- go to Page Layouts
- for each relevant layout edit the layout
- in the Fields search bar, find Created with
- drag Created with to a suitable section and save the layout

When a record is created by approving a Record Request, the Created with field on that record will be automatically populated with the value 'Ascendix Harvest''.
