To support mortgage brokers with multiple properties linking under one deal, Ascendix RE for Capital Market introduces configurable data grid, available in just one click. 

To enable Deal properties tab on the Capital market deal type you need to check Multiple Properties checkbox. 

note: if you do not see the Multiple properties checkbox on your deal page, please contact your system administrator. 

Once the changes are saved, you will see Deal Properties tab, where you can either add an existing property from your xRE base, or create a new one. 

note: when creating a report for your deal, make sure to add Deal properties object if needed, as general Property object will not capture linked Deal properties.
