Ascendix RE presents mortgage brokers with ability to track the deals supporting financial transactions for lenders and borrowers, managing the capital sources willing to lend the funds through the functionality of Deal sources and Term Sheets.  

Deal sources object will allow to provide essential information about Capital Sources interested in lending the funds for the transaction.  

On the Deal Source Term Sheet related list is being shown.  
note: to see the Term Sheet component, admins must enable them in the Lightning App builder for the Deal Source object. If you don’t see that related list, please contact your administrator.  

Term Sheet allows you to provide all the necessary information that have been provided by a client in their quotes.
