New Features & Improvements: 

• Loopnet and Crexi feature - for the auto created inquiries corresponding Listing with Property (if present on xRE) will be automatically linked to the records. The inquiries creation will be supported with set user permissions. Personal notifications to the users in case of inquiries fail to be created are now available.  
• Total Rent Calculation – enhanced taxonomy for the Total rent calculation approaches corresponding to the industry standards. 
• Capital Market – ability to create Term sheets for the capital sources on the Deals for the mortgage brokers.
