If you encounter difficulties receiving our emails for password resets, registrations, or any other important matters, we recommend considering the following steps within your organization:

1. From Setup, enter Email in the Quick Find box, then select Deliverability. 

2. Deselect the checkbox for Activate bounce management and Enable compliance with standard email security mechanisms.
3. Click Save.
