Organization Settings in Composer Online

    Review how Manager users can adjust the organization workspace with Organization settings.

    To configure global settings within the organization, navigate to the Organization Settings tab. 

    Organization settings are available only to users with the Manager role.


     

    The Organization Settings comprise 4 tabs:

    1. Formats
    2. AscendixRE CRM
    3. FTP Server
    4. Google APIs

    Formats

    In the Formats tab, you can define default formats for date, time, and number fields. These formats will be automatically applied to all corresponding fields in the templates.

    AscendixRE CRM

    The AscendixRE CRM tab allows you to set up a service account. This is necessary for utilizing the functionality of forms in Microsite templates and future landing pages. To configure this, enter and save the email address that will receive Connected App notifications. The email can be different from the current user's email.

    FTP Server

    In the FTP Server tab, you can establish the credentials for an FTP server. This enables the uploading of Microsites using the specified server. FTP servers are software solutions used for file transfer over the internet. To set up the server, provide the URL, user login, and password (created outside of Composer Online), validate the credentials, and save them.

    Google APIs

    The Google APIs tab allows you to configure keys required for the functionality of Google services. One such service is Google Maps, and you can paste, validate, and save the generated key from your Google account (created outside of Composer Online) in this section.
