Use this checklist to confirm a customer is fully set up and ready for end users.
Technical setup
Post-install script executed and 9 global memory records confirmed Both scheduled jobs running — AgentPlanScheduler and AgentMemoryDecay visible in Setup → Scheduled Jobs AgentChat component added to the correct Lightning pages and activated AscendixREAIAgentUser permission set assigned to all end users AscendixREAIAgentAdmin permission set assigned to the admin AI provider configured — Agentforce fallback confirmed or OpenAI API key set and active
Admin settings
System Capabilities reviewed — correct features toggled on for this phase Agent Persona configured — Business Sphere, Domain Context, and Guidance populated Restrictions reviewed — default restrictions confirmed, any additional ones added Object Context added for key objects the brokers will use General Settings record limit reviewed and set appropriately
Smoke test
Log in as an end user and open the chat component Run a basic search — e.g. "Show me my 5 most recently created accounts" Create a test record through the chat Draft a test email Confirm LLM Usage tab is logging interactions in Admin Settings
Handoff
User Guide shared with end users Concierge team contact shared for ongoing support First check-in scheduled for 1–2 weeks post-launch
