    Ascendix Conversational Agent is a conversational AI layer built natively into Salesforce, purpose-built for commercial real estate teams. Instead of navigating across records, views, and tools, brokers can search, create, update, and act on their CRM data through plain English — finding properties, logging notes, drafting emails, and running multi-step workflows without ever leaving Salesforce.

    Version 1.0 ships five capability layers: Foundation for search and record management, Intelligence for summaries and communication, Memory & Learning so the AI adapts to each user's preferences over time, Productivity for automation and pipeline visibility, and Platform tools that give administrators control over configuration, provider selection, feature access, and usage analytics.
