    A clearer, more reliable AI template editing experience
    This release is about making the AI template editor more transparent. You can now see the state of every element on the canvas at a glance, know exactly which Salesforce field each mapped element connects to, and rely on publications generating correctly across all your records.

    See the status of every element directly on the canvas
    Until now, spotting an unmapped or misconfigured element in the AI template editor required hovering, clicking, or running a test publication to discover problems. If a field was missing its Salesforce connection or contained dynamic content that needed attention, there was no quick way to tell from the canvas alone.

    That guesswork is gone. The AI template editor now displays a visual indicator on each element — a subtle outline and icon — that communicates its status at a glance:

    • A mapped field shows the Salesforce path it's connected to.
    • An unmapped field is clearly marked, so you know it still needs attention before generating.
    • Dynamic content elements have their own distinct indicator.

    You can now review and correct your entire template layout before generating, without having to run test publications to find what's missing.

    Know exactly which Salesforce field a mapped element connects to
    When you hover over a mapped field in the AI template editor, the full Salesforce field path now stays visible for as long as you're hovering — so you can confirm the data source without any extra clicks or panel navigation. The mapping path will remain visible after clicking on the layout, too, so you always know where the data will be grabbed from.

    This is especially useful in templates with many mapped fields, where it's easy to lose track of which record field each element is connected to.

    There are 2 places to see the mapping path:

    • on the element on the layout;
    • in the Edit tab once the element is selected.
