• License Management: A new license validation mechanism ensures that only organizations with the appropriate license can access the LoopNet & Crexi Email Inbound Functionality. Admins will be notified if the license is missing.
• Inquiry Source Update: The Inquiry Source field has been updated, automating the preselection of Inquiry Source for new inquiries.
• Custom Parsing Rules: The flexibility of email field mapping for LoopNet and Crexi has been enhanced with custom metadata records, allowing admins to override default settings without modifying regular expressions.
• User Management Enhancement: Admins can now view all active internal users when assigning an Enterprise license, streamlining user management by excluding inactive users.
