Ascendix Search-Composer bundle allows users to start creation of artifacts leveraging Composer created templates from the search page itself. To initiate reports or flyers generation, click on the corresponding icon on the upper left from the map. 

The window will open up, allowing to either create a report based on the Saved Search results or the specific records from the chosen object. 

Once the records or a Saved search for the report is chosen, Template field will allow to choose the template to be used for generation. 

Lists of the templates is object specific and can be managed in your Composer. To make changes to your templates please click on Manage Template button. 

Choose Create template button if no appropriate template is found in your current Composer template list. 

Once the Template is set, Format field will be auto-populated according to Composer Template type. 

File name field allows to provide a name for the report generated. 

After Rendering dropdown allows to choose an option how the report will be received: 

• Download results - report will downloaded to your computer right after the generation 
• Send email with attachment - report will be sent to your email address once generated 
• Receive a notification - one time link to download generated report will be sent to your email

Create a separate file for each record (.zip archive) checkbox provides the ability to generate separate report for each chosen record for each delivery option (After Rendering field).  The option is available for printable templates only (Format = pdf) and will be automatically unchecked if Format is html or email. 

Preview button allows to review the report results before generation.
