Introduction

Generate a polished, shareable Lease Comp Report directly from the Leases you're tracking on a Property or a Deal, without leaving AscendixRE.

What You Can Do:

• Select one or more Lease records from a Property's or Deal's Leases dedicated tab
• Generate a Lease Comp Report through Composer
• Download or email the finished report

Getting Started

How to generate a Lease Comp Report

Step 1: Open the Leases related list

1. Open a Property or Deal record.
2. Go to the Leases tab.

Step 2: Select Leases and generate the report

1. Use the row checkboxes to select one or more Leases.
2. Click Generate Lease Comp Report.
3. In the Composer dialog that opens, choose a lease comp report template.
4. Submit the report.

Step 3: Download or email the report

1. Track progress in the Composer dialog until the report finishes generating.
2. Download the report, or send it by email, using the same options available for any other Composer report.

Troubleshooting

1. The "Generate Lease Comp Report" button doesn't appear
   1. Confirm your admin has assigned you the Ascendix_Search_User permission set.
2. The Composer dialog doesn't finish generating
   1. Try again with fewer Leases selected.

If the issue persists, contact your Salesforce administrator.
