Ascendix RE now provides the ability to automatically link the listing from the system to the newly created inquiries from Loopnet and Crexi emails. To support that new fields have been added to Listing record page:  

Name of the listing on Loopnet or Crexi must coincide with the value provided in the corresponding field on the listing platform, i.e. Loopnet listing name is ‘800 Wilcrest Dr’, therefore on the Listing record page in xRE Loopnet listing field must have the value ‘800 Wilcrest Dr’.  

Once the Loopnet&Crexi functionality has been enabled by your admin and the forwarding rules have been configured, when the clients are reaching out regarding a specific listing you’ve posted there, an inquiry will be auto created in your xRE with client’s information and the listing record linked to it, where Loopnet listing or Crexi field had a name of the listing provided.  

When listing is populated, listing’s Property record is being automatically set to the given Inquiry.  

The type of the inquiry will correspond to the type of the Listing record (Lease or Sale record types).
