How to enable reminders for the follow-ups to the clients

    To ensure your prospecting activities are being done on the regular basis, Ascendix RE now allows you to create a sequence you want to reach out to the client with, and automatically create the tasks for you to stay on track. 

    To set a sequence for the follow-up reminders, you need to check Automated Follow-up Tasks checkbox on the client page you want to set it for, and choose the sequence in the pick list below. 

    Once set, the tasks assigned to you will be created accordingly with due date and the name of the client. 

    note: the naming of the task has a sequence number, that allows you to track the amount of times you reached out to the clients. Completed tasks will remain shown at the given contact page as per standard Salesforce behaviour.
