Term Sheet object enablement  

Release 1.39 of Ascendix RE provided the Term Sheet object to be used on Deal sources for mortgage brokers to support quotes management.  

The Term Sheet records can be used as a related list for the Deal Source records on Capital Maket Deal types in Ascendix RE and on Capital Market TSO.  

To display the “Term Sheets” relationship on Deal Source object follow these steps:

• Add Term Sheets related list to the “Deal Source” page layout with fields: Term Sheet Name; Capital Source; Quote Day; Lender Name.

After that to add Term Sheet to the Deal Source page please follow the given steps: 

1. On the Deal Source page click on Edit page to navigate to Lightning app builder.  

   

2. Select Related list- Single and add it to the right panel of the record.  
   

   

3. Once added, in the Related List look up choose Term Sheets. 
   

   

4. Save the changes.
