What You Can Do:

• Open the Ascendix Lite app for a simplified navigation experience.
• Work with the core objects: Properties, Availabilities, Deals, Inquiries, Listings, Leases, Sales, Accounts, and Contacts.
• Use pre-configured Lite record pages — including a dedicated Lease Terms tab on Tenant Representation deals.

Getting Started

Access the App

1. Click the App Launcher (9-dot grid icon in Salesforce).
2. Search for "Ascendix Lite".
3. Click to open the app.

How to work in the Ascendix Lite app

Step 1: Navigate the core objects

1. Use the navigation bar to move between the core objects: Properties, Availabilities, Deals, Inquiries, Listings, Leases, Sales, Accounts, and Contacts.
2. Open any object tab to view its list views and records.
   
   Info: The Ascendix Lite navigation bar intentionally shows only these core objects. Advanced objects and fields available in the full AscendixRE app are hidden to keep the experience simple.

Step 2: Work with Deals

1. Open the Deals tab and select or create a Deal.
2. On a Tenant Representation deal, open the Lease Terms tab to view and enter lease term details.
   Note: Some fields are hidden from Lite users on Deal record types — including Opened for Editing, Lead Broker Role, Deal Source, Primary Connection (Tenant Rep), Allowances (Tenant Rep and Landlord Rep), and Lender / Lender Contact (Seller Rep and Buyer Rep). This is by design in the Lite app.

Step 3: Work with Inquiries and Listings
 

1. Open the Inquiries or Listings tab.
2. Find your notes under the Activity tab on the record page.

Step 4: Work with Accounts and Contacts
 

1. Open the Accounts or Contacts tab.
2. Use the dedicated Lite record pages, which show a focused set of fields and related lists.

Common Scenarios
Switching between Ascendix Lite and the full AscendixRE app
If you need a feature that is not shown in Ascendix Lite, use the App Launcher to switch to the full AscendixRE app (if your admin has granted you access).

A field or tab I expect is not visible
In Ascendix Lite, some fields, tabs, and record types are intentionally hidden to simplify the experience. If you need access to one of them, contact your administrator.

Troubleshooting

1. I don't see the Ascendix Lite app in the App Launcher.
   Confirm with your administrator that the Ascendix Lite app and the AscendixRELite permission set are assigned to you.
2. A field or related list I need is missing.
   This is expected — Lite hides non-essential fields and related lists.
   Ask your administrator whether you should use the full AscendixRE app instead.
   
   If the issue persists, contact your Salesforce administrator.
